Welcome to Harlton
Harlton is an ancient village a few miles southwest of Cambridge. It can be found in the Domesday Book. We are a small, but thriving, community of around 300 people living in just over 100 houses. The website is hosted and maintained by the Parish Council. It aims to provide information for residents and visitors to the village. If you wish to make any changes or have information to add to the website please email: clerk@harltonparish.gov.uk

Harlton Parish Council Consultation responses and background to East West Rail Proposals
East West Rail – Closure of non-statutory consultation 24 January 2025
The consultation ran for 10 weeks, from 14 November 2024 to 24 January 2025 and more than 5,200 people attended the 16 in-person events which were held at venues across the route. To date, EWR received more than 5,500 responses to the consultation.
They are now working to review and analyse the feedback received and this will help to inform the continued development of the design, which will then be presented at the future statutory consultation. They will soon publish a report that summarises the feedback from the non-statutory consultation and this will be available to view on EWR website in the coming months.
Yes, the community have bought the pub!
